1. 7-9-10 Preventative application on greens for summer patch. Heritage, caution label, re entry when dry. Also Stellar fertilizer program, Eximo & Respond 3.

2. 7-12 & 7-13-10 Lenhoff Tax & Financial Tournament. Crew worked full day on Saturday for tournament preparation. Mon & Tues, set course in play, no maintenance during play.

3. 7-15-10 Application on greens, Daconil Ultrex & Zenith for grub control. Both have warning labels, re entry when dry. Stellar fertilizers, Eximo & Respond 3.

4. Thursday, 7-29-10 Front nine closed for aeration & spraying broadleaf weeds in fairways with Speed Zone. Caution label, re entry when dry.

5. Friday, 7-30-10 Back Nine closed for aeration & spraying.

6. Enclosed copy of Stellar, Eximo & Respond3, greens fertilization program.

2. 6-7-10 Installed 12 new OB stakes and reset all stakes correctly insuring line of sight between stakes.

3. Sprayed tree wells & turf perimeters with Glyphosate & Pendulum. Both have caution labels, re entry when dry.

4. Trimmed down lampranthus on fairway borders.

5. 6-30 & 7-1 Aerate tees, %" hollow tines, plugs removed.

6. Selective tree trimming on course to prevent trees fiom breaking.

1. 12-3-09 Preventative application on greens for pink snow mold with Chipco 26GT, Stellar fertilizers, Respond 3 & Eximo. All have caution labels, re entry when dry.

2. Continue to install Hunter 1-60's on fairways and replacing many heads on greens & surrounds.

3. Tree trimming rescheduled for early 20 10.

4. Overseeded ladies 18 tee, closed until seed germinates.

5. New tees approved by master board scheduled March 2010.

6. 12- 1 7-09 Fertilizing greens, fungicide or insecticide if needed.

2. 10- 15-09 Application for prevention of crabgrass on greens with Besurnec 4LF, warning label, re entry when dry.

5. 10-2 1-09 Tees closed for overseeding thru 1 1 - 16-09. 1 0-lbs per 1000 sq. ft. Grand Slam Perennial ryegrass. Gypsum applied @ 12-lbs. per 1000. Topdressed heavy with tee mix.

6. Tree trimming on course 2 pines rear 4 green. Demo dead liquidambar 4 fairway, trim 9 peppers 10 f h a y , 8 pines rear 18 green, demo broken pine rear 14 mens tee & 3 peppers 14 green in progress.

1. 9-4-09 Prepare course for Concert on the Green. Staking, roping, irrigation shut off, etc.

2. 9-11-09 Application on greens for anthracnose & dollar spot & cutworms. 3336WP & Orthene T & O. Both have caution labels re entry when dry. Also Stellar fertilizers, Respond 3 & Eximo.

3. 9-13-09 Sunday, Full crew worked all day to prepare course for O’Connell Tournament.

4. 9-14 & 9-15-09 O’Connell Tournament. Set course in play, no maintenance during tournament play.

5. 9-16-09 Begin removal of Kikuya grass in greens.

6. 9-24 & 9-25 Aeration of tees, ¾ “ hollow tines. 3rd of 3 required by contract.

7. Sprayed all tree wells & turf perimeters with Glyphosate & Pendulum. Caution labels, re entry when dry.

3. Installed more lodge pole pine stakes for bluebird houses per Skip & Andy.

5. 8-14-09 Fertilize fairways & tees with 8000-lbs. of Nature Safe 27-2-2.

7. Seeded 18 fairway with 200-lbs. Grand Slam Perennial ryegrass to increase thin turf.
