have volunteered to handle August...Thanks Girls!!

Joe Newmyer will be helping on the computer both months.

Volunteers are still needed for September, October and November. If no volunteers come forward the tournament will be cancelled for that particular month.

Sharon Strickland is also taking signups for handling the Guys and Dolls tournaments for next year and preferably two couples could handle the entire year and alternate months so not one couple would be responsible for the entire year.

We will always have people to help in the Casa with the computer and starters but we need people to step up and help the club out.

Managing the monthly Guys & Dolls is made much easier since the addition of the drop box at the Casa--you don't have to sit at the Casa for two weeks in a row.

ANNOUNCING A NEW METHOD OF TURNING IN G&D TOURNAMENT ENTRIES

OLD:
There will no longer be someone at the Casa, taking entries on the Saturday, the week before the tournament.

NEW:
Starting on the first day of the month of the tournament, envelopes with entries may be placed in the GUYS AND DOLLS box at any time. The final day/time of acceptance of entries for that tournament: Noon, Saturday - seven/eight days before the tournament (i.e. the weekend before the tournament)

Please use the small yellow envelopes Write names of 2, 3 or 4 players clearly and enclose the entry fee - $4 per person, cash only please. NO CHECKS!

The Singles sheet will still be placed on the notice board.

PLEASE DO NOT PUT THE ENVELOPE ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT IN THE GUYS AND DOLLS BOX OR YOUR ENTRY WILL BE LOST!!

Winnings will be paid at the next G&D play date
